Elsewhere Coffee is a specialty grade coffee roaster based in South East London, focused on ethical sourcing and trading practices as well as high quality products.
We are looking to add an experienced and highly skilled barista to our site in Hackney Central. Applicant must have proven experience in café / brew bar environment. Will involve weekend work but also someone who can be flexible.
Your role will involve: • Opening and / or closing the site • In depth knowledge of our coffee menu is a must, alongside ability to engage with staff and customers about coffee • Ability to perfect the dial-in process for various coffee types. • Mastering milk steaming. Creating latte art with a detail-oriented approach. • Bringing positivity and proactivity to the job - this is a high volume site so ideal candidate will not be phased by an environment that will be fast paced and high pressure at times
