at With Milk
We’re searching for a full or part-time friendly and enthusiastic barista to join our barista team at With Milk in Thames Barrier Park who would enjoy working in a small team and serving warm regulars with a genuine interest.
Our focus is on providing a warm and open service to all and producing amazing specialty quality coffee from our house roaster Assembly Coffee, using La Marzocco and Victoria Arduino coffee equipment. With only a very small menu you are able to focus on service and coffee quality.
We have two public outlets – With Milk Tottenham, and newly launched With Milk, Thames Barrier Park. Although it is not essential that you need to work across both sites, the option is there should you want to!
We are looking for someone who is:
We are able to provide additional barista training (see more details below), however we are ideally we are looking for at least 1 year specialty coffee experience.

We partner with Assembly Coffee as our roaster, who have a dedicated training space in Brixton, London. You will have access to a full training programme, involving classes such as Foundational Coffee Making Skills, Crop to Cup Knowledge, Sensory Training, Milk Texturing and Latte Art Development and Equipment Technical Training, should you wish to learn more about what it takes to help our equipment run at its best!
